Yes! At Amber's Fun Creations, every item is handcrafted with love, resulting in unique charm and character. While some pieces are built from scratch, others may incorporate ready-made parts like necklace chains, but each item radiates individual charm and creativity.

We provide detailed photos and descriptions for each item. Since every piece is lovingly handmade, no two are exactly alike. These unique characteristics contribute to the special nature of handmade creations. While there may be slight variations or imperfections, we believe they enhance the charm and individuality of each piece. 🎨 Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces tailored to your preferences. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with your ideas, and we’ll collaborate to bring your vision to life. Custom orders may have a slightly higher cost due to the additional work involved in coordinating the design and creating multiple versions for you to choose from, ensuring you’ll absolutely love the final piece.

🧽 How should I care for my items?
To maintain the quality of your items, please clean them with a soft cloth and avoid exposing them to extreme heat or moisture. When not in use, store them in a cool, dry place.

🍽️ Are containers and similar items safe for food?
Items are not dishwasher or microwave safe. They are primarily decorative and not FDA approved for direct food contact. Items should only be used with dry snacks, like candy and crackers. They are also suitable for uses where there is no direct food contact and some limited moisture exposure, such as placing glasses on coasters.

📦 What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each item, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

🛒 Can I buy something that is sold out?
Yes, in that I can probably make you another that is kind of like it. Send us a request, and we will see what we can do. All of our pieces are handmade custom items, so no two will be exactly alike.

🛠 What does it mean if something is labeled as “flawed” or “irregular”?
While handmade items naturally have small variations or imperfections that add to their charm and individuality, an item marked as “flawed” or “irregular” has imperfections that place it below our standard of quality. Therefore, it is being sold “as is” at a substantial discount.
